PRICING

Per Session

A traditional one-on-one 60 minute workout session. All sessions will include ample warm-up, personalized exercise plan and cool-down with focused stretching.

An introductory assessment and goal planning session is free for all new clients.

$40 PER CLIENT

Small Group Session

Exercising with a friend or family member is an awesome way to stay motivated! I'm happy to work with small groups of 2-3 clients for a 60 minute workout session. All sessions will include ample warm-up, group exercise plan with individualized instruction, and cool-down with focused stretching.

An introductory assessment and goal planning session is free for all new clients.

Multiple Workouts a Week

Are you interested in really making a change? Let's do this! Multiple workouts a week are reduced to $45 per session.

All sessions will include ample warm-up, personalized exercise plan and cool-down with focused stretching.

10 Workout Pass

Buy 9 traditional one-on-one 60 minute workout sessions and get the 10th free. Why? Because you will love it, I promise!

Workout Plan Add-On

Traveling or looking for a workout to use on your own? Current clients can add-on individualized workout plans whenever needed. We'll review each workout component together to ensure understanding and confidence. Per usual, all plans will include ample warm-up, personalized exercise plan and cool-down with focused stretching.
